At the moment i'm deciding what graphics cards to get for my new pc,
Which of these should i go with
Dual NVIDIA GeForce GTX 780 3GB 16X Around £900
NVIDIA GeForce GTX TITAN 6GB 16X £650 Is it really worth about £1400 to get dual titans?

I'd get dual 780's just because of their price; the Titan is extremely overpriced IMO.

Some might say that the power consumption will be higher, more noise and heat and having SLI issues, but I'd rather save 500 Euros for something else and deal with those issues instead with a 780 SLI.

I agree with the above. Dual 780s. Titans are more expensive due to their entry-level compute performance (doesn't affect gaming). The performance difference when gaming is small compared to the price difference.
