You should build one instead to get more performance for your dollar.

I know but I don't wanna wait months for each part to come ...

You won't need to wait months for the parts to come. But yes, it's okay if you are really pressed on buying it in-store.

I was thinking to buy this PC just for the main build and maybe improve it later by buying better parts...

it would run minecraft ok but you should buy a computer

Pre-built computers often contain very cheap parts that aren't suitable for upgrading and will end up going to waste. Just build your own PC. Go to /r/buildapc and /r/buildapcforme on Reddit for build advice.

Power supplies, cases and motherboards are usually skimped on a lot with pre-builds. This is because these aren't the parts that they can advertise to the technologically incompetent. You can still get crappy other parts though, hence why you often see NVIDIA GT (not GTX) cards in "gaming" PCs.
