OK now switch to the thermal take commander case, get the stock Intel heatsink, and get the and 7790 graphics card and your 3 free games which are BioShock infinate fc3 blood dragon and tomb raider and switch to the cx430 power supply and get a wireless adapter on second page if you want. And i recomend a gaming mouse and keyboard from amazon a anker 2000 dpi and a raptor lk1 and a steelseries nouse pad and windows will cost you around $800 for a full setup but when you upgrade you won't need 2 buy the stuff again hut if you build u can save like $100

GTA V isn't confirmed for PC (yet - it probably will be late this year or early next).

That's a pretty rubbish PC truth be told. Give us a budget and we'll come up with something on PC Part Picker. You'll need to build it yourself but you'll end up with a significantly better PC once it's done.

Edit: Example build. An absolute ton better than the pre-built you linked and a bit cheaper too.

No no no no no. Just no.

@Toke I was trying to skimp to stick within the budget, hence the lack of a better chipset motherboard for example. At the time of looking 1866 was at least $10 more. It depends largely on prices.

I'm not for sure, but I think you might wanna check before you buy a case, and I wouldn't get a small case if you're gonna upgrade in the future.
