I"m not sure if my motherboard will accept the new parts and shit. I got a HP Pavilion 23-b034 for free this year and my budget, I am going for these parts are $200 and below.

Unless the computer is 5 or so years old it will be a downgrade or no upgrade at all. Since a low end apu is barely strong enough to run a few year old game, and since they lack high speed graphics ram, you need to run super fast ram thats 1866mhz or higher.

My bad. I forgot to mention that those parts are actually what my current pc has. xD

Not entirely. I mean he could purchase a 7770 or 7850 and the 5400k would still be able to push it just fine, he would notice a nice increase in performance then when it comes time to upgrade he could just keep the GPU and any other components and upgrade his motherboard/CPU.

This is what I decided to pick under the 300 dollar range.

There is no need to upgrade to an APU lineup of CPU's. The moment you go to buy a dedicated GPU you should focus your money on a CPU not an APU. I'd rather have you buy a 650 now and save the extra money until you have enough money to buy a 4300/6300/8350 with a new motherboard. The 5400k and the 5800k are not going to differ very much in terms of CPU performance and I would not recommend you upgrading to that.

$200 would get you a nice bump in your graphics card section but you would have to confirm the model of your PSU to ensure you have the needed plugins etc to support one.
