I want to build my own pc but I don't know what to get or anything like that. Well I know some basic's but I don't know what brands are compatible with what. I want it to be a hardcore gaming system that will fly through anything. I will be using it to play games and video editing. My budget is around $2500. So if anyone can help me with what to start ordering and where to order from, it would be great. Thanks in advance!

I'm only on here quick so I don't have time to throw a build together right now. Someone else will probably get to that.
For the time being I would suggest checking out pcpartpicker.com to spec out a build.

Also instead of spending $2500 on a beast of a PC, I would suggest spending $1000-1500 on a PC now and again in a couple years because things become outdated so quickly.

What do you plan on using your computer for? Just gaming, gaming and video editing, etc.

I plan on using it for gaming and video editing. Games such as BF3, Skyrim, or any other game like that, with Ultra resolution.
