That's a weak PC, your honestly best at building a whole another PC, you can get something reasonable for $350-450 easily

That's the thing. I don't have that kind of money right now. Though will those two things make a dramatic difference?

Not much, if your getting a ps4 or xb1 you can always get a PC instead, as you will run into problems, case and heat, your best to just invest into a new PC. As your CPU is pretty weak.

If you got $120or so it takes to get that gfx card and PSU and wanna sell your current u can get a basic gaming PC, or if your of age you can take out a small loan from the bank.

idk I suppose I could do that. I am 18 in a month, but idk if my comp would really sell. I also wanna get most of what I payed for it back.

If you 18 and have a job or something you can take out a small $500 loan and pay it back at tax time.

You'll never get what you payed for it back. Computers are almost worse then cars in that aspect. Once you plug them in and use them you lose some of the value.

Unless custom built, you can get a lot more
