And what is the big differences in the two? The prices at pretty much the same. Thanks in advance

The second one is clocked higher and has a better cooler.

One has a acx cooler which is better than stock and is superclocked so it is faster.

he's asking the difference so I don't know how much knowledge he would have overclocking.
