I've been looking around for a new PC and want one that is fairly cheap but I would like these following qualifications.

Qualifications:

• 3 GHz Dual or Quad Core/Multi core processor
  
• Minimum of 4 GB RAM
  
• I don't need a TB of Hard Drive space. I would like to have at least 250GB, but that would be the absolute minimum though.
  
• Has to be a desktop
  

I would also prefer Windows 7 instead of Windows 8 because the fact that I hate Windows 8. So, if anybody knows where I could find anything with those qualifications for a fairly cheap price, please quote me and give me a link to one. I would also like a full on package with the keyboard, mouse, and monitor included too.

Also, it doesn't have to be those EXACT requirements, but those are pretty much the minimum requirements.

Again, if you guys know where I could buy something like that or happen to find something like, please shoot me a link. All advice is helpful!
