This PC will mainly be used for gaming with some rendering here and there

It's the same price as yours and has a R9 290X instead of a 760.

The 290x's do run hot though. Other than that you only need a 650w PSU unless you plan on getting 2 video cards at some point. Other than that, if you are on a budget then you could cut down to 8gb ram. Although 16 would be nice for video rendering and things like photoshop. Probably useful for hosting a server or streaming as well

I do plan on getting to cards in the future so that was the reason I went for 750w PSU and usually a gaming PC would only need 8gb but like I said I will be doing some rendering so that was the reason I went for 16gb. There has also been some good reviews on the graphics card so I figured i would choose that one. (MSI Card I Chose)

It's a good build don't get me wrong but some of the parts like the RAM are made by companies I have never heard of and I would prefer to stick to more well known companies but obviously it has the downside of costing more.

Thanks for putting that build together aswell, I will take a look at some of the parts and see if I could switch them for some of mine

I'm assuming that is the only company you haven't heard about? Geil has been around longer than Corsair has, and the rest of the build is nothing but quality brand names, plus, RAM chips are all made in the same place, the difference in quality you will see is minimal. I know I can't force to get my build, but a 290X is better than the 760 ten times over.

I have heard of G.Skill so i think I will go with that one, I'm not sure on a 290X or GTX 780 as after some research on 290X (and AMD in general) the cards have been known to get very hot and noisy so I'm abit uncertain on that one.

Manged to put some more money into this and upgraded some parts aswell as tweaking other parts
