That motherboard wont work, and what similar graphics cards can you get in that price, to play bf4 on ultra you want a gtx 760 or a r9 280, 7950, 7970 drop to 8gb of ram if you need to. So you can get a better card to game also dont forget about a decent keyboard and mouse will make your experience a bit more enjoyable if you like fps games

If i change the motherboard for another one but better and dont change the gtx660, can i run on ultrA?

No your best changing to a gtx 760 and even that won't play games in the future at 1080p 60hz
