My brother finally decided to replace his 5 years old gaming pc (i7-860 quadcore, HD5850 1gb, 8gb ram) and i'm gonna get it, it should run GTA5 without major problems, i would be okay with 1920x1080 with all low.

As his previous pc, his budget is more or less €1000 and he asked me to do a build for him. the budget isnt just €1000 and not a penny more, it can be a little more but i wouldnt go over €1100. There is a shop in my city that assembles PCs but the price are slightly higher than on the net and they dont even have many parts(example a 1k setup would be 1500 done by them).

the things the pc MUST have are:
-an I7
-WD black 2tb
-250gb 850pro
-16gb ram
-almost top GPU(like 280s or gtx 7xx)
-no OS and accessories needed(no screen, keyboard, mouse, audio etc)

Can you help me?

his actual PC has an i7 and he's fine with it(it's an 860), so he wanted a i7 again :p

But since here the prices are a little higher than in USA/UK/whateveritis, i conviced him to choose an i5 instead of an i7(so a 4690)
