Good CPU. It's the unlocked version, so I hope you're going to overclock. If you're going to overclock, you're going to need an aftermarket CPU cooler.

Bad motherboard. Don't go with ASRock. Their boards use low quality components. You don't want that if you plan on overclocking.

Good RAM.

There's lots of controversies about Seagate. A lot of people say they are unreliable and will die quicker than Western Digital drives. You can get whichever drive. I prefer Western Digital, but you can get Seagate if you'd like.

Depending on your budget, you could get a better GPU. GTX 960 just isn't worth it right now.

Case is entirely subjective. If that's what you like, you get it. But there are better, more functional cases out there.

Low quality PSU. Doesn't affect performance, but the PSU is what powers all your components and I would prefer going with a high quality PSU if you have high-end PC. I would only go with Corsair CX PSUs when on a budget build (builds less than $500).

Last but not least, what is your budget? I'll put together a better part list for you.

Yeah...don't go with this. It will play games no problems, but it is a terribly unbalanced build.

Do you plan on overclocking? I would recommend £800 if you want to overclock.

CPU: Haswell i5; great CPU for gaming and since it's an i5, you'll be able to multitask while gaming without any problems. It's locked though, so you won't be able to overclock.
-
Motherboard: Great motherboard for locked CPUs. Four SATAIII ports, so you can add more storage drives. Has a header for front USB 3.0 ports, which I personally feel should be on every PC in this current day. If you want to get the i5-4690K and overclock, I wouldn't recommend this motherboard.
-
Storage: 120GB Samsung 840 EVO SSD for OS, applications, and maybe 1-2 games. 1TB WD Blue for all other storage needs.
-
GPU: Can't really complain much about the GTX 970. There is a VRAM problem people like to complain about, but at 1080p, it won't affect you. If you really want to, you can switch this out for a R9 290X. AMD cards, however, consume more power, therefore, produce more heat. I, personally, prefer NVIDIA GPUs because they are more power efficient and produce less heat.
-
Case: Sleek micro-ATX case. Not overly flashy like most cases today. Doesn't take up as much room as a mid-tower. Has enough room to install a large aftermarket cooler.
-
PSU: High quality PSU. It's a rebranded Seasonic PSU. You can use this PSU in future builds and not have to worry about your PSU blowing up your components. You might think 550W is low wattage, but it's enough to power dual-GPU setups. And with technology becoming more and more efficient each day, high wattage PSUs are becoming more obsolete.
