That's a good build for the price! I spent exactly $908 on my build. Which is more of a budget build. AMD FX 8350 CPU with AMD R9 280x GPU. As well as I had mine assembled by the company i ordered through.

Made some changes put a better power supply, swapped the ram, swapped the HDD no need for 2tb Black if you want 2TB get a seagate, removed the water cooler if you don't plan on overclocking this will be unnecessary for you (sure it will cool the cpu better but the stock fan will suffice), and Last i removed Windows because no one buy's windows anymore since there is way's of getting For free or cheap. Cool Troll anyway's here is the link You must login or register to view this content.

Here's a better PC with quality parts used on the components.
Never pay full retail for OS. There are other legal ways to get it for much cheaper.
Mail-in rebates are unreliable as they do not count the money you are paying straight out of your pocket.

Not to mention they are a pain in the ass to actually redeem on and can take months to actually get.

Thank you for a better build. I just have one question though. Ik the i5 4690k is a really good cpu and you can over clock the hell out of it, but will be able to process the power of the 980ti? Ik it sounds stupid but there's videos showing different fps with same gpu but different cpu.

In gaming, you will barely notice a difference between the i5-4690K and the i7-4790K. There may be like a 2-3 FPS difference, which won't even be noticeable since FPS is constantly changing. The difference is negligible. Get an i5, and with the money saved, get a more powerful GPU.

The i5-4690K can handle the GTX 980 TI perfectly fine without any bottlenecks. The only difference between the i5-4690K and the i7-4790K is hyperthreading. Hyperthreading doesn't matter in games. It will help rendering times, but not by a huge amount. If you really wanted to get into content creation and be serious about it, I would look into getting a X99 build instead. It will exceed your budget however. If you're looking to do some streaming here and there, render a couple amateur videos, the i5-4690K will be perfectly fine.
