My specs:

Windows 10
Sentey® Gs-6008 Case
AMD FX-6300 3.5GHz 6-Core Processor
ASRock 970 Pro3 R2.0 ATX AM3+ Motherboard
G.Skill Ripjaws X Series 8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR3-1600 Memory
Western Digital Caviar Blue 1TB 3.5" 7200RPM Internal Hard Drive
XFX Radeon R9 280 3GB Black Edition Double Dissipation Video Card
Corsair CX 600W 80+ Bronze Certified Semi-Modular ATX Power Supply

PC specs:

Probook 6570b Laptop featuring an Intel i5 (3rd Gen) 2.5GHz (Quad Core), 250GB HD, 8GB RAM, Intel HD Graphics, WiFi, DVD Burner.

Honestly, nothing could make that a fair trade. Integrated graphics will never compare to what you currently have. Personally, I'd just stick with your desktop. If you're still interested in a laptop for mobile computing I'd save up some cash and hit up a pawn shop and see what they have available. There's no real point in purchasing a new laptop, or trading for the matter. I'll just put it this way; if the person you're trading with is interested in a desktop he's definitely getting the deal of a lifetime.

What if the laptop came with an AMD E-Machine PC with a 22” Wide Screen Monitor, 8GB RAM, AMD Processor, half height PCI-E slot. HD is prob 500GB
