(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); Thats right. Another PSP Exploit has been found. This one works on all PSP models, and on Firmware 6.20 *(DO NOT UPDATE if you are on OFW from here on out!)*.

Here is the story from QJ.Net...

With so many fake news and videos floating around the scene lately, it's sometimes hard to distinguish what's real and what's not. But this one looks to good to be true as pspjoke, together with n00b81, has posted a screenshot of a potential save game exploit that they have discovered.

According to reports, the latest exploit works on firmware 6.20 and all PSP models, including the PSP 3000 and the PSP Go. Word has it that pspjoke is already working on the eLoader that could potentially ignite the PSP homebrew scene, again.

Developer's note:

It already is an exploit. already running code, already awesome.
but not just anyones gonna get it...
sorry, only important people in the scene and others i can trust.

Well, that's all for now folks, stay tune for further updates on this one.

Well I for one hopes this develops into something useful soon. I have a PSP-3000 that's on 6.20, and it's pretty useless to me at the current moment.

Well, it needs to be developed first. So I can see only people he trusts. If this was released into the wild in it's current state, it would be patched before it's time, underdeveloped, and of no use to us.

Best to wait until it becomes useful to the common user. I'd like to load CFW on my 3000.

Well Sony would patch it up in a heartbeat as really all it does is crash part of a games stack, sadly it is not in VSH so right now for most of us... we have some time lets just say.

And the name of it is user_main, guessing its the main memory(stack) somewhere, most likely game mode. So now its up to him to use that to j$xxxx it to another location the exploit. Also judging by it, it is located in the lower section of memory(where it sw's all the pointers/jals to A stack) because deadbeef is located generally very short after that ends.
