well, a year ago, there was a way, it's called using a pandoras battery.
as long as you have one, then you can hack your 3.52 psp

i know about the pandoras battery, i guess i was just trying to find out if there was another way

you cant only the unpatched lcs xploit worked on 1.50 1.00 and 2.00 so you are going to have to spend some money

Look to see if anyone around where you live can downgrade for you. Thats what I did and now im all set!

it was i sold it and i don't care about spending money. if thats what i gotta do then thats what i gotta do. when i downgraded my other 1 it was with lumines. now i just really wanna hack this one so i can dowload movies to it
