Hello, in this thread i will be teaching you everything you need to know about hacking your psp. to find out what model you have look next to the serial number on the bottom of your psp.
first of lets see if your psp is hackable:

(to find your firmware version go to settings>system settings>system Information. it is next to system software.)
psp 2000 users: the only way to tell if your psp is unhackable is to open up the psp and see the motherboard number TA-088v3 or get the pandora battery and find it with a black screen. (i know this doesn't really help.) most 2000's are hackable though, so still give it a shot.
psp 3000, 2000 TA-088v3 users: you need firmware 5.03 or under

psp GO, 3000, 2000 TA-88v3 with firmware 5.50-6.20 users:
this exploit does not fully hack your psp but can get you homebrew.

if your psp has 6.30 or above and is a psp go, 3000, or 2000 TA-088v3 it is not hackable at the moment
for psp 1000, and hackable 2000 users:
you need a pandora battery and a magic memory stick. i recommend buying the battery so you don't mess up yours.

extract Rain's ultralite mms maker.
open it up and choose your psp drive letter.
check format memory stick (make sure you back up your important stuff.)
now just click make MMS.
now just update to 5.00 m33-4
