Can you load the recovery menu by holding R upon starting?

It looks likely that you've bricked it. Sometimes when it does that though you just need to take out the battery and memory stick and try again.

If that doesn't work though you will need a Pandora battery and MMS in order to re-flash the console.

I wouldn't recommend messing around with the settings unless you need to and you know what you're doing because there are options for modifying the flash and if you do something wrong it will brick your PSP.

Ok, so what's my next step? I took the battery out and put it back in and it still didn't work. So what now? Make a pandoras battery, and MMS then what? You got any links or anything. Thanks for all the help by the way. Smile

I've only ever made those two things using another PSP with CFW so I couldn't say how you would make them without one unfortunately. I'm sure there are lots of tutorials on the internet however.

Just wanted to let you know that I got it buddy. Turns out, it wasn't bricked, I had infact made a pandoras battery, just hadn't made a MMS... So, I plugged into the AC mains without the battery in and it works perfect. I then made a MMS, made a pandoras battery again, and put 5.00 M33. Works brilliant!

Yeah, i'm surprised how easy it is to make a Pandora battery on the vsh menu. I'm not sure quite how it does because I usually use a homebrew program to do that and it allows the console to run but with a significantly reduced battery life.

Glad to see you've got it sorted anyway.
