OK guys. I had this problem and I was FREEKING out. My PSP would start but if I loaded a UMD or ISO/CSO, it would freeze at the PSP Logo then shutdown. Well, this happened after I used the D-2 D-3 switcher. Well, when I tried using the switcher it said "Error while writing to peagasus.prx" or something similar to that. Well, it deleted your peagasus.prx from your KD folder. All you have to do is either turn your PSP on without a UMD in and go to the VSH menu. Where it says USB device, hit over on the DPAD until you see FLASH 0. Then exit the VSH menu (You can also use the recovery menu [Press and hold R while turning PSP on when it's completely off] but I use the VSH menu). So when you hook your PSP up and your computer recognizes it, just hit Open folders to view them. Now, you may or may NOT see a KD folder. If you don't, just hit Organize in the top left (W7) and hit Folder and search options. Go to the view tab and make sure Hide protected operating system files is UNCHECKED. Click Hidden files and folders and make sure the Show hidden folders is CHECKED. Now click APPLY and Ok. I didn't have to, but you might want to reboot your PC and PSP to make sure the settings apply. Now when you connect your PSP again you SHOULD see a KD folder. Here is the link for MY peagasus.prx file. You must login or register to view this content. Just copy it over to your KD folder, reboot your PSP, and your done! Btw guys, if this doesn't work, just tell me. I'll upload another one I have. I hope this works for you guys because it did for me. I searched and I didn't see this post BTW. Byeeee
