I was just wondering if I would need to jailbreak a psp go to play roms that I get from 3rd parties (eh. Megaupload ect. ) or can I just stick em on a memory card and play em like official games I would get 4m psn?? Never owned Ny playstaion Product b4 :p

Its not Jailbreak its CFW BTW... and Yes. You need to put them on the Memory card after installing 6.35PRO-B5 which is the latest cfw for your PSP Go Model...
