Hi i have an old psp and i wanna JB it so is there a 6.31 JB or should i upgrade to a different firmware then upgrade?

It depends what model of PSP you have (1k,2k,3k,Go), but I would recommend updating to 6.39 and then putting 6.39 PRO-B7 on it. If you have a PSP1000 or 2000 v2 model, then you can perma-patch it too, which means it will always start in CFW.
