i was playing an .iso game and when i quit the game the psp turned off now when i turn it on it has a black screen and then turns off by its self WTF

Please use the "Quote" so I know you have replied. Okay, so what firmware are you on? Can you access the recovery menu by holding R Trigger while booting your PSP up? If so, try disabling your plug-ins and restarting the PSP. It might not be a brick, it might be a plug-in crash or something. Try to access the recovery menu if you can and disabling your plug-ins.

its on 5.03 HEN cfw and it does not have recovery menu :*(

Ok I'm not very familiar with 5.03 HEN because I always used CFW lol. I thought maybe you might had been on PRO CFW. Sorry mate, I wish I could help.
