IGN.Com has gotten their hands on an American version of the PS Vita that also happens to be the 3G/WiFi model.
They promptly did an unboxing video.
In this video you will notice that there is no SIM card for the 3G from Att. When you buy your 3G model from the store on launch day and after a SIM Card will be in the box. The 3G is month to month, which means no long term contracts to sign.

I'm thinking about getting the WiFi Model...just wish it was Android powered, the memory cards were cheaper, and that we could use older memory cards.
