Settings > Playstation Network > Account Information *Enter Your Password * > Panel ( This is where you choose new colors for the ps3 profile )

The color is the background of the panel, I don't know if you know about wallpaper and layers but the one deep inside the panel will be the color of the profile ... For example if you choose the first panel you see on the list, your ps3 profile panel will be "light blue"
