Some words u maybe dont know:
XMB: the main menu in psp where u can go play a game or go into the internet.
FW: Firmware
CFW= Custom Firmware
OFW= Original Firmware

CFWs are firmwares created by hackers.
u can play self made games play ISO/CSO customize ur psp, hack games and things like that.
Short said: CFW is good OFW sux.

ADVANTAGES:

-Fast. Takes between 5 and 10 minutes.
-easy
-multiloader (playing and going XMB with pandora battery)
-usable on every psp (except board TA-088 v3)
-time machine ready
-ID Storage Fixer!!!

Content:

-Firmware 4.01
-Pandora Installer 4
-Time Machine 0.1
-Despertar del Cementerio V7

What U need for this tut:

-PSP with custom firmware (original firmware like 3.95 not working!)
-original Sony Memory Stick with at least 256 MB of Space
-original Sony battery or pandora battery
-board that supports pandora creation (every out of TA-085 V2 or higher)

Lets start with the tut

1. Format memory stick with psp
2. download easy installer (link at the end of tut)
(connect psp to pc)
3. start easy installer
4. follow instructions in installer (they are german so I tell u what to do)
5. Select psp drive and press starten or something like that.
6. Wait for everything beeing copied - installer is shutting down itself.
7. Go Game --> memory stick and launch Time Machine
-->choose first point
-->Takes 2 seconds; press X
-->Finish Time Machine
8. Go Game --> memory stick and launch Despertar del Comercio V7
-->press X to install
-->when finished installing it asks u to press the button u would like to have to open Pandora Menu (I prefer Up button)
-->press the button about 2 seconds
-->press X; u will be back in XMB (thats the psp home menu)
9. To create a pandora Battery go game --> memory stick and start Hellcats Pandora Installer 3b
-->not for boards TA-085v" and higher)
-->when doing the first start u need to choose whether showing starting screen again when starting program again. Choose the second point.
-->in main menu go to "Battery Options" and select the first point
BATTERY IS PANDORIZED NOW!

Time Machine Installation

1. Go Game --> memory stick and start time machine
2. Depending on psp on which u want to run time machine u can start different firmwares:
Classic:
- 1.50 (with 3.40 Datas)
- 1.50 (with 3.40 datas)
- 3.40 OE
SLIM
- 1.50 (with 3.40 Datas)
- 3.60 M33
3. Choose what firmwares u want to install (u can choose every FW if there is enough space on the stick)
4. Just finish the program

To Make Everything Not Beeing Happened

1. Start "Pandora Installer"
2. Go Battery Options and select 2nd point
3. Finish "Pandora Installer"
4. Go settings and format memory stick.

How To Use This Configuration The Right Way

How to get into Pandora:

1. Insert Magic Memory Stick
2. Press selectedd button (in my case UP) and keep on pressing it
3. Insert pandorized battery
4. A menu is coming up.
--> dump the nand before downgrading if u get a full ID storage Brick u can restore. Save the nand on PC
--> if that happens just take the nand from PC on ur memory stick, go pandora menu like I told u and press Restore nand or something like that.

Gaming / XMB

1. Just use the battery like u were using before u pandorized it.
