Yep nowadays every psp can be hacked, doesn't matter what firmware its running but chickHEN is only for 5.03 and is pretty outdated now, i recommend you update to 6.20 pro b10 rather than 6.60 pro b10 only because 6.20 has a permanent patcher so you don't have to run the CFW loader file every time you start up your psp, look for some tuts on youtube if your stuck.

Update with eboot.pbp to the 6.20 ofw and then you have 2 options :

Install TN cfw
Install PRO-C cfw (in my opinion it's the best) .
