There are only a couple of games which have already been mentioned on this thread which you can download for free from the PS Store on your PS Vita. There is currently no way to get back ups (ISOs) to play on your Vita like the PSP. You just gotta wait until the console gets an easily installable CFW on it and people start figuring out how to rip games.
