PS Vita Firmware 2.00 is now out, so go get you PS Vita out, wipe off the dust, and update! The update is quite small and should be done in a few minutes, it will be even faster if you plug in your Vita into your PS3. This new firmware update brings along more Playstation Plus (PS+) integration. Including, cloud saving. If you head to the content manager app, you will now see a "Online Storage" folder. Click on the option and you'll be given an option to sync saves in between the cloud and your Vita and vice versa. The service is available already so you can go ahead and use it immediately. There are also some PS+ Freebies available.
Apart from the PS+ improvements, there are some other improvements in other areas. Vita owners can now transfer files to and from a PC, the maps application has been improved, so has the browser. Near has been updated also. But this update is mainly focused on the PS+ improvements.
