No, we cant at the moment because there isnt a program like KG's or Xploder for it out yet, at least not publicly known & released yet, but i wouldn't worry, its only a matter of time before someone develops & makes such a program for Vita saves.

In the mean, you can only get "easy" trophies from cloud saves like Sound Shapes.

Unfortunately not impossible :'(
