Use a bot that recycles the items? That's a no brainer. Necro bot and Haxton both do this.

I set standard poke ball to 50 great ball 100 and ultra ball 100
Everything else is 0 and I last 1hr then I get ton of Pokemon inventory full.

You don't really need to adjust any of those settings though. If you setup Necro bot and add your location, google info and adjust some of the pokemon settings to how you want, it will auto recycle the items for you by itself, the item settings don't really need altering much at all.

That and you could just enter your game normally, trash everything and only keep lucky eggs, pokeballs, great balls, ultra balls and lures. Try it out and get back to me.

I do but I go for about 1hr then all I get is

Did you make sure to enter the game regular first and remove all of the potions, revives etc? Also make sure you have around 60 pokeballs, 30 great balls and 30 ultra balls. Then exit and run the bot.

Well, in your settings make sure you have your KeepMinIv to 95 and KeepMinCp to something a little high. (Mine is at 1550). (Also, If you could upload your config file to a pastebin and send it here I can take a look at it and make adjustments.)
