1.Go to a location
2.Stay in this location
3.When you want to switch locations, close out of everything pokemon go related, all bots, nox etc.
4.Wait the amount of time it would take you to get from the location you were at, to the location you want to go to. So if I wanted to go from NY to California, a normal plane ride would take about 5 hours max, so wait 5 hours, then load up and teleport to cali.

Usually what I do is that I stay in one location all day, then I go to bed for about 9 hours, then when I wake up, I try out new locations. It works fine, and I havent been softbanned using this.

So if i wanna go to paris, i go there andnset vpn to france. Be there for 2-3 days, dont play for 1 and go to a different place. So to speak
