In add Persona, you must write your e-mail. I had this Problem since years too.

One person uses your name on EAOnline or maybe are you the person who use this. When you played the demo or BFBC1 or BF1943 you must register. Try to get your password by clicking Forgot Password? When you see that you don't find it, choose a other name NOT shootprado
