With the recent release of the Call of Duty: Black Ops multiplayer trailer sent the world of online gaming into a blaze today. The trailer showed us what the the online combat would be like.
In my opinion, there is a lot of things that Treyarch have included in the game and the trailer to get us all hyped up about Black Ops when it releases in November. If you haven't seen the trailer it is below be sure to watch it!

After you've watched the trailer, look below it and see 5 new and awesome additions to the Call of Duty online gameplay.

Customization is always a main concern when it comes to any massive popular multiplayer game. Players feel the need to look different and be unique to their personalities so they can stand out amongst every other player out there. Well Black Ops has not only brought titles and emblems from modern warfare 2 but has now extended it by allowing you to customize the appearance of your red dot sight; as in the screen shot above shows an awesome smiley face on the side of the gun. I'm sure there will be so many different ways to customize your gun.
4. New Killcam Editor/"Theater mode"

This system seems similar to what you can choose to in Halo. You can stay in a first person camera or swap to a free roam (possibly) and be free to roam anywhere in the map. Also from the screenshot it looks like you will be able to record your footage that you think is worth keeping which will allow people to create montages that can't afford a HD PVR. I assume you can save these clips or a screenshot and upload them to a website where you can later download them.
3. Dive!

Gamers will now have the ability to dive to the ground in-game much like soldiers would do in real life. The buttons to enable you to do this are obviously unknown for now; Although it would most likly be to jump then go prone in mid-air, or possibly a certain button to allow this function. However, this feature could either make or break this game altogether, Gamers could fin a way to exploit this new mechanic by diving under levels or into objects, although it could change the entire series for the better and improve the up comming titles after Black Ops (If Any).
2. Spy Equipment.

The Camera might've seemed like a needless accessory in its short time it's shown in the multiplayer trailer, however if used correctly it would be a game changing piece of equipment due to you now being able to basicly be in two rooms at once allowing you to see when people are coming up behind allowing you to get a certain killstreak. The camera will also help with all game types as if a flag gets captured you'll be able to see where people are hiding or if the room is clear.

There was quite alot of new ways to take down your enemies shown in this Multiplayer trailer, such as the knife that can fire a knife into an enemy then run up to stab the campers friend in the face, then the napalm kill streak ability that brings fire from the sky, and my favourite the remote control bomb car killstreak ability; the user controlled rocket that can be seen flying across the map at various times of the trailer.
