Motorstorm certainly does have a reputation as being one of the best games on the PS3. At launch of the PS3, it was criticised for a poor selection of games, when MotorStorm came out, that phrase was never uttered again. MotorStorm is a drag racing game, if you've ever played DIRT, it's 'ripped off' from MotorStorm. MotorStorm is violent racing in rally cars, bikes and 'BigRig's', featuring racing not quite like anything else, boost is used tactically and in each level there are 1001 ways to total your car. The developers go out of their way and licence expensive music by artists such as Pendulum and The Prodigy to put in MotorStorm games. Motorstorm is unfortunately, a PS3 exclusive series although if you've never tried a MotorStorm game before, I suggest you pick up Apocalypse. I'm no fan of racing games myself, although I enjoy MotorStorm.


Motorstorm: Apocalypse will release in Spring 2011 and will feature 3D functionality.

HOLY SHIT This is the game i am excited about

I played motorstorm on psp and now Im thinking of getting this 1.

I first got introduced to Motorstorm via the 3d pacific Rift demo when I got my new tv then a week later downloaded 3d Rift the 10 track pack one that was on psn. Now I can say I will be purchasing this one when it comes out and maybe pacific Rift if it winds up getting the complete 3d treatment with a patch... before then since I got gold on all ten tracks already.
