(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); Well I was playing with two of my other friends a few days ago and we discovered a way to boost in reach.

First of All: I do not personally see a point in reach-boosting as you don't gain anything other than armors that, inevitably, don't actually benefit or change your gameplay. Also, I must say that if you do choose to boost in reach, please try to keep this somewhat quiet, we don't want it to get patched or removed immediately.

And yes, this is a completely legitimate way to boost in reach, online, xbox live, matchmaking, Halo Reach.

Step 1:
You'll need three accounts, either two xbox live gold accounts with one of them running a guest account, or one xbox live gold account with two guest accounts.

Step 2:
Start the multiplayer/split screen matchmaking on Rumble Pit (rumble pit will work the best).

Step 3:
Once you have gotten in to a game, vote on the map you want, and then sign out on either one of the guest accounts (if you're running one gold account) or one of the xbox live gold accounts (if you're running two gold accounts). Don't back out, just sign out.

Step 4:
At this point after you have signed out of one, you should see your two accounts in the matchmaking lobby, if you don't, wait for the game to start, then it will appear.

Step 5:
If you check who's in your lobby it will show that everyone else has quit and only you and your guest account are left. From there, feel free to boost off your guest account as much as you like.

+rep if you like it and if you don't believe me, try it for yourself, see that it works, then +rep

No armour is cosmetic,
It looks cool but it will not give you any advantage in game.

I find that headhunter is fastest point wise. Like I said in my first initial point, boosting in reach is "pointless". While you will obtain higher ranks (and look more pimpin) and gain new armors, these do not benefit you or give you an in-game advantage. Sure you'll appear as a higher rank and you'll have cooler looking armors and more options, those are simply cosmetic. This is just a fun exploit I found.

This definetly works, and I do like my new armor from the little bit I boosted off my guest, but at the same time its terribly boring and I'd prefer to earn legit points since in hindsight, its not really helping you to boost. Dancing
