Basically he had them on a USB drive and I can confirm that when he plugged it in and logged into the accounts, the accounts were inheritor rank (which is the highest rank/lvl in halo reach) and they had all the armors unlocked. It also appeared to have max amount of credits (I forget the number but it started with a 2 and was at least 2 million or maybe 200 million?). Also he had the not-yet-released halloween helmet with the skull in it that isn't supposed to be available until halloween and requires you to have ALL helmets unlocked before purchasing it.

Does anyone know how they did these mods (and maybe how I can do these mods)? Also if he buys an xbox live gold membership for them can he take them online? Will he get banned?

your friend actually bought this wow you can get that downloaded for free but, only works offline and if you want to get online modded credits you would need horizon diamond which online adds 1k credits a day
