Treyarch have released a patch for the PC version of Call of Duty: Black Ops, just weeks after the game's launch. The patch will be automatically downloaded when PC players login to steam. It attempts to fix some of the problems that are being reported in the masses since the game's release.
Players have been experiencing issues with the single player and the multiplayer side of Black Ops. One major issue which Treyarch hope to have fixed is the cause of 'stutter' and 'freezing' problems.
The announcement of the update comes directly from community manager JD_2020 in a post on the official Call of Duty forums. It also notes that some other fixes are still in progress.
