Once again, developer Valve has delayed the release of highly anticipated Portal 2, the sequel to Portal, which made its first appearance on consoles via The Orange Box.

Valve's original delay for this title moved it from this Fall to February 2011. Surprisingly, this delay is much shorter, delaying the release of the game in the United States to April 20, and in Europe to April 22.

Update: After doing a bit of quick fact-checking, it seems that there are various release dates scattered throughout the web. A majority of sites are reading April 18 as the new release date.

Never liked the game that much anyway, but ill buy it to see what its like

I don't think I'l even get this game anyway.

I heard this was coming to the ps3.

It's coming to 360, PS3, and PC. The PS3 is going to be the lead console, meaning the game should be best for PS3.

I wouldn't go as far as to say that it's the best single player video game ever, but it certainly is something different. Most video games these days require little to no thought. Take Black Ops for example; you don't need much skill or intelligence to do fairly well in the game. Of course intelligence still is an advantage that can help you out at times, but what sets Portal aside from games like that is that you must have a fair amount of intelligence to get yourself through the game.

Either that or a hell of a lot of time.

BEST GAMES EVER?! I don't think so, solid, unique, creative, hilarious? Hecks yes, it is a unique fps/puzzle game, rare, and its definitely worth a play, very addictive, but not very long
