Writer's Note: This piece of news, granted it being about the DS, probably does not interest many people here. The reason it has been posted is because this marks a beginning to developers lashing out against hackers and glitchers in a less conventional way. Do you think that such methods will eventually make their way to consoles?

Piracy has been an underlying issue for Nintendo with their popular DS. It seems that now developers are beginning to take new measures to prevent such privacy, with Ubisoft leading the pack.
When a gamer attempts to play a pirated version of Michael Jackson: The Experience, players will be greeted by a constant vuvuzela noise during the tracks. Also, icons that are pressed on-screen will not appear, basically making the title unplayable.
