I do it coz im BORED
unless you have a table, definitely buy one of those that can go under your thighs, so it's held steady :y: (Dont trust me I dont even own a racing game)

Do a barrel roll!
logitec g25 m8

or g27 but i have g25 since grid racer its the best
not tried the gt5 offical wheel though.

i use wheel 50% of the time so i like controller to.

i would also say the g25 has come down in price because of the g27
so if you look around you can find it cheap.

I own a driving force gt wheel. the wheel is great it makes playing gt5 and burnout paradise a lot more fun.

But if you buy it make sure that you have something study to attach it to because the force feedback will make anything light (like a tv dinner table or table-mate) move around while you trying to steer which will suck the fun out of it real quick.

I got my wheel on Amazon for 99.99 w/free shipping but it looks like the price went up again it 129.99 now w/ free shipping

Two basic types of wheel:

1) Attach to table / desk

2) Held in place by your body

Primary downside with type 2) is lack of pedals.

If possible, go for type 1). Best control, most enjoyable to use. Driving Force GT is great and is of course totally compatibile with GT5. G25/G27 is a step up, but much more expensive as well.

If you have no table to mount wheel to, highly recommend Wheel Stand Pro.

I almost bought the same one you're looking at.. Did some searching and found a Fanatec 911 Carrera wheel.. about the same price as the logitech and to me it looks alot nicer..

Mine is being shipped at the moment..
