Came back tonight to do the race and the weather was sunny and completely dry for all four hours of the race. After I was done with it I tested it by going in and out of the race and it was about a 50-50 chance that its was rainy. So i suggest that you start the race while its sunny shaves off a ton of time.

When I did the race.. it rained, stopped, rained again.. on and off for most the race.. I was using a FGT(formula Gran Turismo) I used Soft Slicks and was getting 1:35-1:40 even in the rain.. I noticed my times where slower when I used rain/intermediate tires.. even when it was raining..
