(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); ok for those that use the default setup.. not the ones that use the R2/L2 for their gas/brake..

This tactic has helped me lots..

when you're coming into a turn and noticed you're losing to much speed or braking to hard and losing some control.. use your right analog stick to brake.. pull down to brake and push up for gas.. I only use it for braking..

When using the analog stick.. you want to ease into it.. maybe half way then start moving the stick down further for more braking power..

1 more thing.. I also noticed that if I don't press down Hard enough on the X and Square button the gas or brake will be at half power or so(kinda like using the analog stick).. which is helpful for sweeping turns where you need to maintain a certain speed..

Hope this makes sense..

+Rep If I didn't help.. lol..

Another tip: press up on the left stick when turning helps you make finer turns

Yep, but I don't use a controller anymore, just make sure not to jam it up there (lol)

The reason you push it up is so its against the edge and a lot more stable

I do like to push it right up there, jam it right in, press really hard and rub it against the side
