There are many matte paint chips, one for almost every colour. You get a rare paint chip for every 30 cars you own. This means you can either get them over time just by buying cars, or do something such as buying tons of go-karts to get the chips.

According to this you get a special paint item for every 30 cars you get in your garage

yeah saw that vid on youtube, but i have done this approx 30 times and not a single chrome paint chip

i have many matte if you wanna add me "wasaa" Winky Winky

i also have many racing cars bentley, audis, pescarolo.. etc...
