Which Car do you think would be a good cornering car, however it wouldn't sacrifice a lot of speed on straightaways. I have 1.5m Credits to spend. I am also at level 17.

I currently Have:

Bugatti Veyron
Lamborghini Mercialago (Spelling)
Special 62'
Bunch of others that are collecting dust.

I mostly use the Bugatti Veyron, however it is a pain to turn corners with.

McLaren F1 or any Ferrari should suffice

I was actually Considering to buy a Mclaren F1, however I heard that they are actually a pain to use while cornering if they are tuned to the max.

Its been giving me no trouble, with a custom suspension, but if you're worried then go with a Ferrari Enzo or SP1

Mazda 787B cost around 5mil and you must at level 23 to buy that car. He was asking a car under 1.5Mil and level 17. Read carefully before make a suggestion.

That car is amazing, handles so gently around the corners and picks up the speed like a beast, that was one of the first car's I bought in GT5 and man, it is simply perfect.

As you didn't say best car with speed and handling, the best handling car is an Elise fully tuned with Race Mods.

The best handling car with speed, at a reasonable price, is a Gallardo. The back wheels powerslide into tight corners, and then you're right in the center of the next straight away.
