Use the search function there is a good thread with all Rm cars listed. Nearly all cars can be tuned in some way with only a few exceptions like full race cars or some concepts

Ok will do...its just that the only car i have been able to fully tune is my first car which was a civic...i can only tune the chasis on my m3 coupe and fairlady z
