You probably can't... you would need a jailbroken ps3 so you can install the pkg. After you can just transfer the patch to your non-jailbroken ps3.

u really need to have a jailbroken ps3 or cfw for 3.41 or 3.55 in order for you to copy dlc,updates,patches or demo Games
