Well me and my friends from school have a 1.3 cracked server. Its hamachi, i dont know if you are intereested, but if you are msg me.

You need hamachi downloaded and running. Then you got to join a network on hamachi by getting the details to the server from the server host and the password to it. Then you can type in the ip on minecraft to connect to it Note that the server host must have the server on for anyone to connect to it
