You can not copy your game save and use it under any other account.
Actually you can copy the file to another account but when you start the game under the new account the game rewrites the game save because the file is for another player.

you can do it if you have a jailbroken ps3
there are heaps of tutorials on it, i just wanted to know if you can get banned

you wont get banned for this i am going to upload my gamesave soon 430+ cars no doubles about 15mill cr and about 96% complete b spec level 40 a spec level 33 you should try it when i upload it
