Epic have been flashing a trailer around GDC this week, a trailer that offers just a glimpse of what the next generation of videogames could look like, based upon their Unreal Engine technology.
That’s not to say this is Unreal Engine 4, in fact i'm not really sure what it is at the moment. But given the amount of developers that are using Unreal Engine 3 in the current generation, there’s a good chance that this technology will be seen all across our PS4s and Xbox 720s.
The main question now is when will we get to play something that looks like this?

Sorry but other engines already putting out stuff looking less CGI
Guess it going to be part of unreal 4 the engine
