It's probably because your missing some files or you failed to install the mod. You can download new files by clicking "Force update" in the new launcher.

yeah i did that but just a while ago i started clicking on the screen and it opened but i have to do it every time so yeah but thanks anyways

I did not give up i found a way just click the screen really fast and itll load

He ment how long is the screen normal till it goes black/gives up.

Locate your .minecraft folder in widows start menu search for %appdata%

Then delete the .minecraft folder and restart minecraft. That will delete all the files and redownload them.
